Mothers Day 2012

I am so grateful to be a mother to my three amazing children. They are the most dear gift my Heavenly Father has given me. I love them with all my heart and would do anything for them. I hope they understand I am in no way perfect but promise to do my best everyday.
I am grateful to be London's mom. He challenges me everyday to be better. He is thoughtful, kind, smart, and inquisitive. I love his thirst for learning and understanding everything around him. I am learning how to gear him in the right direction and to foster his love of technology. He is an amazing cuddle bug, his kisses and hugs are the best, I cherish every one. London is also a spectacular brother to Kingston and he is an amazing help with Brighton. He loves to sing and play with her all the time!
Kingston is pretty awesome! His spirit for life and happiness are so incredible. His smile and laughter bring joy to my soul. He lights up the room when he smiles and his eyes just sparkle. He is passionate about trains that Kingston. I thought it might go away but he loves to run around like a train, get train books from the library, watch trains on TV...obsessed! Kingston is fun and full of life and energy. He is also a great brother to London and loves "his baby" Brighton. He likes to help feed her.
Brighton radiates pure joy and happiness. I'm pretty sure that she is one of the happiest babies in the world. She is going to be one tough cookie for sure. Her brothers love he so much! I love how content she can be through our chaotic days. She just sits in her car seat happily while running errands and swings in her swing while I deal with the boys. She only gets upset when she is hungry, dirty, or tired. I love her smile, her bright big eyes, her crazy hair, and her cute little body (the rolls on her legs are so cute)! She gets bigger everyday, I love her so much, I am so lucky to be her mom.
I am so lucky to have married into the Polson family. They have taught me so much. I am grateful for my mother in law Danene. She is always there for me no matter what. She is always willing to lend an ear when I need to talk, offer guidance and support, she is always willing to help me watch my children whenever I need it. She is a pillar of strength and I am grateful for everything that she teaches me as she selflessly gives of herself to her family and mine. She loves my kids and kids love her!
I don't even know were to begin how to express my thoughts on my dear mother. She is my best friend and I love her with all my heart. I know without any shadow of a doubt that I am her daughter and she is my mother. I am so grateful for all that she has done for me. I am grateful for all the amazing memories of my childhood and all the fun adventures we went on. I want so badly to be like her and provide my children and family with many amazing memories of all the fun things we do together. I admire her thirst for knowledge and am grateful she passed that thirst of learning down to me and to my kids. I am grateful she never gave up on me and I hope that I too can persevere through whatever challenges I may have with my own children. She is a amazing Nana and is always willing lend a hand and follow us on whatever adventures we go on.
I am so grateful for all the memories our kids will have with their Nana's & Papa's. We are so lucky to live so close to both sets of grandparents.

Three Little Monkey's

So life with three kids its pretty crazy. I have to admit most days are a struggle of trying to figure out how to manage these three. The boys are at a age were they have thoughts and strong opinions and I am trying my best on learning how to parent them. Sweet Brighton is going to be one tough cookie! These boys love her with all their hearts! We have so much fun together!

I haven't forgotten my boys!

So we have all been swept up with Brighton and we love her so much! I haven't forgotten about my sweet boys though! I have found that whoever said that the two's were terrible lied! I loved the two year old stage, now three, three is HARD!  They are such a challenge! I love them with all my heart and really want to be the best mom I can be for them even when I have no idea how to manage them. I hope I am doing well and they know how much I love them.

Family Egg Hunt & Brighton's First Easter

First of all I just want to say how thankful I am that I have the chance to repent and return to live with my Savior again. The Atonement gives us the opportunity and ability to repent of our sins, but it also provides us comfort during times of trial. I want to make sure that I am living the way that He would have me live. I love the holidays and it can be so easy to get  caught up in family dinners, new Easter clothes and the Easter bunny, and forget the sacredness of the events which bring us together to celebrate. It is important to remember the reasons that we truly celebrate Easter. We celebrate Easter to remember the Atonement, the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ. Here is a great article on the meaning of Easter: http://www.lds.org/ensign/1992/04/the-meaning-of-easter?lang=eng

I am so grateful for my sweet children that Heavenly Father has trusted me with. I hope I am doing all I can to be a great mother to them. I know I have much to learn and much to teach them, but I know with the guidance from my Heavenly Father I can rear them up to be faithful children of our Heavenly Father.

After church and naps we walked over to my parents house for dinner and a egg hunt. I love how close we are to our family! My best friend growing up, Sadie, and he mom joined us for the festivities!
